The transport cost is calculated according to the destination, the purchased product and the packaging used in the delivery.
In order to guarantee the good service of our delivery, the transportation cost will be applied to all orders. Nonetheless, RIAAN MAARTENS www.amostranque.com may offer special shipping to specific destinations and special prices for high volume requests. Accordingly, the more products per order, the more economical the transportation costs.
Each product on our Website indicates an Estimated production time. After production, orders will be shipped within one to three working days. This deadline may be delayed in countries with customs administration.
PLEASE NOTE: International clients should know that all customs duties and other taxes are not included in the product prices and will be paid by the buyer.
Customs and duties for international orders (Outside EU)
Taxes, custom duties and other fees are not included in the delivery costs associated to the purchase. RIAAN MAARTENS has no control over the fiscal policies that can vary among countries. Our international delivery service dispatcher can provide you with an independent receipt for the authorities of local customs of a given country. In the case that the customer refuses to receive the package and pay the necessary custom fees and duties, the package shall be returned to RIAAN MAARTENS and shall not be dispatched again. All costs derived from the return of the package (transport, customs, fees etc.) are of the customer’s responsibility and shall be discounted from the return.
All international clients are responsible for the custom taxes of their local country. For more information, please contact your local customs agency.
In case of not being satisfied with your purchase, you have fourteen (14) days to return it from the date the product is received.
In order to be eligible for a return, the products should fulfill the following requirements:
· Not have been worn, washed or damaged
· Original label should be maintained and attached to the product.
· Returned in the original packaging

If all the above stated requirements have been fulfilled, We will reimburse the total amount of the purchased products. The delivery costs of the original order will not be reimbursed. And the client will bear with the delivery costs of the refund. If the refund is not accepted due to not fulfilling the requirements, we will contact you.
In the case that we has sent a different product from the one requested or if it is defective, please contact us to return and/or change it. In this instance the refund of the product will be coordinated by us, once we have been informed of the error or fault, meaning we will bear the delivery costs (round trip).
For hygiene reasons, swimwear, lingerie and costume jewellery cannot be exchanged, except in the case of fault or error.
All our products come with a tag, we recommend the garments are tried on without taking it off, since the products returned without it will not be accepted.
